All students (undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral) are required to submit official documentation confirming their current student status during registration.
Acceptable forms of proof include a scanned copy of a valid student ID or an official letter from a professor or head of department, including their contact information, verifying the student’s status at the time of the conference.

Registration AND PAYMENT Policy
Participation in the Conference requires completion of the registration form and payment of the applicable conference fee.
Registration is considered complete only after payment is received and confirmed by the Organizer

- Payments in EUR can only be made online via the PayU payment system.
- Accepted cards: Visa and Mastercard (enabled for online transactions).
- Payment must be completed within 12 hours after registration.
- A payment is considered successful only when the transaction status is marked as “completed” or “approved” by the payment operator.

Any bank or transfer fees are borne by the participant.
Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in cancellation of the registration or recalculation of the fee according to the current price list.
INVOICES
Invoices are issued after payment is received.
• Invoices are sent electronically (PDF) to the email address provided during registration.
• The invoice will be issued within 14 days of payment.
• Please ensure all billing details are correct during registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation is possible until 10 June 2026.
• A cancellation submitted by this date is eligible for a 50% refund.
• After this date, no refunds will be granted.
To request a refund, participants must contact the Organizer at: info@pepmat2026.com
Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from receipt of a valid request.
Refunds for card payments will be made to the original payment method.
Complaints
Any complaints related to payments or participation should be submitted via email to: info@pepmat2026.com
The complaint should include:
• full name,
• email address,
• phone number,
• subject and description of the issue.
Complaints may be submitted no later than 3 days after the end of the Conference.
The Organizer will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Registration Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cannot attend the conference after registering, you may cancel your registration by 10 June 2026 to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email to (insert email address here). After 10 June 2026, cancellations or non-attendance will not qualify for refunds.
Registrations cannot be shared between participants. Refunds will be processed following the event. Any refunds for payments made by credit card will be returned only to the original credit card.
Registration Confirmation
Upon successful completion of the online registration and receipt of the registration fee, you will receive an email confirming your final registration. This confirmation, sent to the email address entered during registration, acknowledges payment receipt. An invoice will follow shortly after the registration confirmation.
