All students (undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral) are required to submit official documentation confirming their current student status during registration. Acceptable forms of proof include a scanned copy of a valid student ID or an official letter from a professor or head of department, including their contact information, verifying the student’s status at the time of the conference.

Registration fee includes:

• Conference materials
• Lunches (8-10 July)
• Coffee breaks and refreshments
• Gala dinner on July 9
• Visit to Polish Vodka Museum in Warsaw on July 10

Registration Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cannot attend the conference after registering, you may cancel your registration by 15 May 2026 to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email to (insert email address here). After 15 May 2026, cancellations or non-attendance will not qualify for refunds.
Registrations cannot be shared between participants. Refunds will be processed following the event. Any refunds for payments made by credit card will be returned only to the original credit card.

Registration Confirmation

Upon successful completion of the online registration and receipt of the registration fee, you will receive an email confirming your final registration. This confirmation, sent to the email address entered during registration, acknowledges payment receipt. An invoice will follow shortly after the registration confirmation.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payment: Payments can be made securely via the online registration platform. Please provide complete details on the registration form. If the name on the credit card differs from the registrant’s name, clearly indicate the cardholder’s name. You will receive a registration confirmation within one business day after successful credit card authorization.
Bank Transfer (PLN payments only): Transfers should be made to the account specified in the pre-registration confirmation email.

Invoices

Invoices will be provided electronically only after successful registration and payment confirmation. The invoice will use the billing information you provided during registration. Please ensure all provided details, such as company name, address, and VAT/tax identification number (if required), are accurate.
